I’ve always been curious about (maybe even obsessed with) relationships. I’ve always loved big. I’ve always wanted to playfully disrupt social norms that didn’t fit. So when I first learned that nonmonogamy was a thing in my early 20s, my mind and heart were forever changed. Almost 20 years later, as I continue crafting my own unique constellation of relationships, my mission in life is to help others heal, grow, and trust themselves to build the relationships of their dreams.
I bring a deep well of knowledge and experience to my work. I hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work, along with certifications in Integrative Life Coaching and Somatic Attachment Therapy. I’m also immersed in a year-long training in the Developmental Model of Couples Therapy, expanding my expertise in guiding individuals and partners through relational growth. For over five years, I’ve worked closely with queer, nonmonogamous, and trans youth, adults, and couples*, supporting them in navigating love, identity, and connection.
I currently call Sacramento, CA home, where I’m surrounded by a vibrant community of loved ones. When I’m not deep in conversation about relationships, you’ll probably find me foraging for mushrooms, improvising in the kitchen, or snuggled up with my fluffy orange cat, Howie.
